Company History

   Choi’s Mushrooms Pty Ltd was established in around 2002 and operated as a small sole trading business which managed by the owner Steven Choi. With operated more than 10 years of the business, people gets to know the products from time to time, the mushrooms has supplies from local market to Australia wide, the business has grown significantly with a great result in the past years.
The company was operated with family members at the beginning, started in a farm has small growing mushroom shed. As the company always provide the very fresh and best quality of mushrooms to their customers, it has now extended to more than 5 insulated mushroom sheds, and one of the huge mushroom shed will be operating soon with refrigeration system. By then it would be easier to control the mushrooms production to meet the demand for all customers.
In the near future, Choi’s Mushroom will be bringing in more variety of mushrooms to Australian market to suite all different type of customers’ needs/aspect. The company also will be bringing in some high technolodge and environmental machineries to produce mushrooms.
